Our Mission

Our goal is to empower Maple Knoll residents and members by promoting independence and improving the ability to perform daily activities. We focus on a whole-person approach, encouraging the development and balance of overall well-being. Our team of dedicated professionals works individually with each participant to ensure their personal goals are met safely and effectively.

Programs and Facilities

At Hemsworth Wellness Center, we offer a blend of traditional and alternative programs designed to foster individual progress, including tai chi, chair yoga, and energize classes. Our state-of-the-art equipment, featuring the innovative ActivTrax system, provides personalized workouts that evolve with each member’s fitness journey.

Our aquatics program, centered around a 20×60 indoor warm-water pool, offers guided classes such as water aerobics, slow flow, and silver splash. These classes aim to enhance range of motion, muscular strength, cardiovascular health, and endurance. Members can also enjoy independent pool time for swimming or water exercises.

Visit Us
