"The staff here is amazing and I really love this branch. But Al of the other branches have been updated, have private spaces, newer computers, and brighter spaces. Hoping this branch gets a fresh face!"
"The amount of kindness my family has experienced from the staff and library goers is really amazing. I often go with my three kids and even when they get fussy I have received nothing but smiles and reassurance that it’s okay. My daughter always has so much fun with the kids that go here, my toddler has a blast with the toys they have available, and my infant enjoys seeing his siblings enjoying themselves."
"Nice set up and environment. Clean. Can usually find and rent items needed. One negative: Kids hog computers playing games (we want them to have fun and enjoy going to the library, stay off the streets and stay out of trouble for sure). Kids sign up for all computers in rotation of each other. Meaning the kids will sign up for each other's computers and keep switching off and they are there almost every time I go. Staff says nothing when you need a computer for business/research purposes while visiting the library. They just ask that you sign up and wait a turn. Waiting times are far too long 30 min. to 1 1/2 hrs and more at times. My grandson walked up to one of the computers one time to see if it was available and one of the kids walked over to the computer and my 5 yr old grandson was pushed by this boy and yelled at. This incident was reported and the staff listened but they were quiet about it and didn't say or do anything with the kids only to say the kids are there all the time and they are like. And that's it? I followed up with staff to ask them if something was going to be done and they just acted scared. The kids ages ranged from around 5 to 11 or 12 yrs old and no adult in sight and confirmed by library staff that is the usual with that group of kids."
"Staff is very friendly. We are new to the library and they always take the time to answer my questions. I have a lot of respect for them because the place seems to have a lot of loud children (school next door) that they have to watch over. I am also thankful the children have a safe place to go even if they do get a little excited."
