"My husband’s MRI was scheduled at Bethesda North at 11:00. He checked in at 10:48 we went to the sitting area someone that came after us went in before him so he ask how much longer they told him well since you came at 11:02 then you’ll have to wait for us to fit you in. We were so upset and will never schedule there again. One and done! Lesson learned!!"

"I called 3 times to make sure my lab orders were not expired. No one answered during open hours. I checked my TriHealth mychart app and lab orders were not expired. When I arrived at lab I was told that there were no orders and that I needed to call my doctor. Before I left I accessed mcchart again and showed them the orders on my phone. I was then told “oh yeah they just came up.” They were ordered in February."

"My son was referred there for an x-ray on Saturday. The experience was typical and everyone was nice. After the x-ray, the person in imaging told us that his results would be posted to MyChart as well as be sent to the PA who wrote the order. It is now Tuesday, and neither the PA's office nor Bethesda has provided results. I went to the PA's office and the manager said they didn't have the results from Bethesda. She called and then told me that Bethesda said they'd fax it over. I am very disappointed in Bethesda for neither doing what they said they would, nor doing what they must. There is NO excuse for x-ray results being delayed when they are digitally available immediately for review and analysis. I won't be returning."
