"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Armbruster for nearly two years now and I can say without a doubt that I absolutely love this practice. The front office staff is friendly and personable, appointments are prompt (I’ve rarely ever had to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room), nurses are efficient and professional, and Dr. Armbruster is AMAZING. I always feel so heard and cared for. I’ve never had a concern that was brushed off or ignored. Messages are always returned very quickly. I highly recommend this practice (although I have only seen Dr. A and can’t vouch for any other practitioners)."
"Always have my problems addressed and feel heard unlike a lot of places these days. They all deal with my worries rather they be warranted or not. Love everyone in the practice."
"Contrary to the other reviews, I found the staff to be really wonderful here. The lady behind the desk and both assistants in my appointments have been great. My problem is with Dr. Hayes, who I found to be really impersonal, awkward, and condescending. Terrible bedside manner and barely could make eye contact. He said some extremely unprofessional things over the course of my appointment that caught me really off guard. I told him I want to get all caught up on routine vaccines since my parents didn't vaccinate me as a child. I asked him a few questions, and he made several backhanded comments about how unusual it was to encounter an adult with so little basic knowledge about vaccines. (If my questions were so basic, I wonder why he couldn't answer them without checking the CDC website?) He also said I could've accidentally passed chicken pox to my (fully vaxxed) pregnant friend and terminated her pregnancy. That's just an awful thing to say. I don't need to be shamed by my doctor for a decision my parents made that I am choosing to rectify now as an adult, and I was already well aware of the necessity of vaccines. Without knowing anything about my lifestyle or health status he recommended I go on a low carb diet (I am an athlete and carbs=fuel for me). He gave me my physical but said "I think everything's good, hard to tell though since there's so much fabric in the way." What?? Needless to say, after finishing my rounds of immunizations, I will be moving on. I don't know how anyone enjoys working with him."
"I’ve been taking my son here for a few years and the office staff has always been so rude. He has a completely easy last name and they always act like they have no idea what I’m saying- I don’t know if it’s a little joke they like to do within the office but I did not find it funny. I have called two different times complaining about the front staff. The nurses have always been wonderful. The doctor was fine until he refused to take our appointment because we were 10 minutes late-and why were we late? Because the woman at the front desk couldn’t get her computer to work. We will never return to this office."
"This used to me an amazing office and never had a problem getting an appointment. They have new office staff who are completly rude and running thier business into the ground. Cant get an appointment for a sick visit in a week told to go to walk in clinic or some where else. Asked to talk to nurse, doctor practice manager and was told no. This has been the expierience the last two times i had a problem. Competely done with this practice. The doctors are good but thier office staff are running thier patients out the door. Hopefully now nicole can see this and know whats happening."
