"Employees are rude and lazy. Line took 20 minutes to get through because the cashier was ringing up customers while sitting down the entire time. Store definitely needs better leadership. They are professionally discourteous and freezers are always broken or leaking water."

"I go here for ice cream and not once is it made properly. Who puts fudge on top of whipped cream??? Actually, you’re lucky if they even have fudge at all! Don’t be fooled by the slick exterior, this is the worst UDF I have been to by far"

"The manager is so so rude. She talks to her employees like they are slaves... in front of customers. She is all over the place. The store would really be awesome if they had better management. The organization is terrible. She was following a young black girl around the store asking her to do stuff. All the while, I could not reach the sodas due to boxes and in the way and a wet floor from something leaking. She did not even ask if I needed help. Get rid of her and watch things do better."

"Not so new anymore, but I love the addition of a newer, larger, udf. The location this one replaced was much smaller and had no gas pumps. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. The place is always super clean and feels fresh. It is so much more convenient to have this here compared to the run-down BK that used to occupy the space."
