"Had a COVID vaccine appt with nurse Kaitlyn and was talked down to treated, was extremely rude and insulted multiple times. I reported this unacceptable behavior to Alexia the practice manager and it’s been almost two weeks and still haven’t heard back anything. I have followed up 3 times and still nothing. You’d think there would be some type of effort especially when I’ve been a client here for years but will be taking my babies elsewhere! These people do not care!"

"We only have experience with the Pediatrics Department, but they have been awesome! So far we have always been called back by a nurse at our appointment time, and have had very short wait times to see the doctor. And Dr. Wolfgang has been awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We never feel rushed and he always checks to make sure he has answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns."

"Called in on Saturday to tell them my 22 month old is struggling to breathe with a high fever. They said give her some honey and if she's still struggling to breathe on Monday then call us to schedule an appointment. I call on Monday and told them the exact same thing I had told them on Saturday and they said got to the ER ASAP! It's nearly impossible to get my kids in for an appointment when they're sick. These doctors are incredibly lazy and never see my kids when they actually need to be seen."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! High dissatisfied with the wait time on the phone just to ask a question or set a appointment. My baby and I had thrush and I tried going up in person to get them to see my little one or write a prescription and so far no luck. When I take my little one to be seen we are waiting at least 30 minutes which is very frustrating for a newborn he wants to be breast feed. This place is a no!"

"This review is based on my most recent visit. Went to a sick appointment and my primary was on vacation. Got the nurse practitioner instead. We discussed my current issue as well as my ongoing care for my diabetes. That was fine. However, afterwards I was sent to talk to another who was rather abrasive and rude. After getting my blood sugar test I was asked what my last a1c was. I answered and I felt like I was called a liar even after she checked my chart. She made side comments to herself. I left out of there feeling worse than when I went in. It makes me not want to come back."
