"I did not see dr Maldonado. Because the wait was over 1 hour, wouldn’t reschedule me for the next day or later that day, almost missed very important events because of this. The times at the sharonville location are never accurate. If you can’t get me in at 2:50 don’t schedule me at 2:50. Simple as that. 10-15 mins give or take is understandable but making me wait for an hour or more to simply get my scan results is terrible. I had a different appointment the next day with a different doctor and a different location, before I leave I asked for the time to confirm, they told me the wrong time and ended up missing that appointment too. After paying my copay, leaving work early and making a 30+ minute drive each day. I need my scan results so I can find care somewhere else, but guess what? They won’t give me that either, they said the dr that ordered has to review it with me first. What if the scan shows something that requires immediate care? And the longer I wait the more harm it does? Was told to just call and schedule something next week or the week after because the dr is on vacation. Thanks a lot Beacon Sharonville."

"Dr. Maldonado is very nice and explains things very thoroughly on how to fix your problem. He gave me an injection in my heel to get me walking again on my foot. It has helped a lot and I'm doing therapy twice a week to help my foot get stronger again without the pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Maldonado for anyone needing orthopedic help."
