"I started training with Josh around the start of October of last year. I have been over weight ever since the end of my freshman year in 2014. My weight was taking a toll on me physically and emotionally. Josh promised me that he was going to completely transform me into a different person. I never thought I would lose the weight because I wasn't dedicated enough to put in the work. Little did I know I was completely wrong. I started training 2 days a week and then 6 days a week.
