"I’m a new mom so decided to get back to the gym to feel better about myself! I got charged the annual fee after paying for it, so I called and explained and I just wanted my refund of 52 dollars (I don’t have an extra 52 dollars) they are making me go through all these loops just to get a refund and my account is in the negative now! What a mess, you can clearly see it shows it was paid twice! Beyond upset and disappointed I can’t reply to what you wrote, maybe somone can contact me. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager."

"RUDE employees which I pretty much come to expect from this dump at this point. Zero sense of customer service or people skills. 3 employees standing with their backs turned to the counter while I’m trying to get in the tanning bed. One the idiots turns around and STILL doesn’t acknowledge me standing there. What exactly is the hiring process? Check for a pulse and then give them a shirt?"
"I HATE this place ! For me it's the house of pain. No pain No gane I started October 17 2023. Let me explain, I have had both knees replaced. You know a cheep $140000.00 Everyone has laying around in their pockets. I remember when I couldn't stand or walk without a walker. Or lift, bend my legs. So to have a clean place to actually build apon and improve your life is awesome. That's what this place has provided for me and my wife. There this little black girl at the desk that always has a great smile . Bless her One day you can't get the bike pedals to go around one time and then your doing 5 minutes. I started out not able to lift 25 pounds with both legs. Now 125 pounds times two sets. On two machines. So it's still a house of pain , but the rewards are worth every scream and grunt. So thank you for giving my life back in ways you just don't understand how great it is !"
