Ashleigh exceeded every expectation from her exceptional communication, prompt arrival and remarkable removable of the mice!!!!! "Ashley was wonderful and definitely knows what she’s doing! I called Pest Guard after discovering some mice moved into our home. Upon calling, Ashley spent at LEAST 30 minutes walking me through every step of the process. Living in an old house, I’ve had to talk to a lot of services about different “jobs,” but I’ve never experienced the attention Ashley showed us. She came by as soon as possible, prepared with an arsenal of products for mice extermination. She went through every nook and cranny of the home to find the best trap placements based on droppings, and even went out of her way to stop by the next day and drop off another trap because she really wanted to leave one in a specific area and had used up the ones she brought. Pricing was fair and a flat rate with a 90-day warranty. No hidden costs whatsoever. I can’t recommend her enough!"
