"The staff are super friendly and always know your name. The workout is 60 minutes or full body including cardio every day. Each day is a new workout and they go out of their way to make it as dummy proof as possible including having a screen with the floor exercises being shown as you're doing them. Coaches are always up beat and very helpful even if you need an adjusted version of an exercise."
"I love OTF! This is a great gym for all ages and fitness levels—you can truly start where you are and push yourself/be pushed to get stronger everyday! The coaches are the best and make 60 minutes (and upward of 500 calories!) fly by!"
"I've been going here for close to 9 months now. I've thoroughly enjoyed the workouts as I find them challenging and rewarding. I've enjoyed the fact that I don't have to think when I come into work. The coaches explain the workout and I follow. If there is something I'm challenged with or cannot do, the coaches always come up with alternate exercises that work the same muscle groups. I've definitely enjoyed the various challenge workouts like Inferno, Everest, and Hell Week. The workers from the Sales Associates, to Coaches, and Management are all pleasant to talk to and definitely make everyone feel welcome. If you choose to go, look to join a Chelsea, Dorsey, Izzy, or Genna workout."
