"Went about 12:45 on a Saturday to a sign that said be back in 15min. Turns out the worker says they only schedule 1 person on Saturdays and she’s expected to work a full shift alone. When is she supposed to get a break or use the restroom? That’s foolishness. Atleast hire someone else to come in for 4hrs unless the working pool has gotten that bad in this country."

"Was not aware that it was for professionals only. I would have been fine being turned away or informed at the door that reeked of cigarettes, especially with their vague sign that doesn't convey that the store "isn't open to the public". When I said I didn't have a license, the cashier said "yeah, that's what I thought". I understand it's a store for licensed hairdressers and she was doing her job, but having a license or working at this store doesn't give you the right to talk to others in a condescending way. If she could look at me and make that judgemental observation, which is rude and uncalled for, then why not inform me at the door. All I wanted was to color my hair for self care. I had mobility issues that had to be corrected with surgery and I couldn't color my hair or even sit in a chair long enough to have it cut for a year. I felt insulted and talked down to Was greeted and watched like a hawk and treated differently than the other person who came in. Once again: I understand she was doing her job But if that's how the "professionals" treat the "public", then I wouldn't want to come here even if I had a license and I won't recommend this place to the people that do have licenses. Thank you for the judgement though."

"There is a woman who works there that is very rude, and has a disgusting attitude, second time I buy something there, because since the first time I tried to avoid this location, but today I didn’t have an other option, but the same really bad experience. My receipt didn’t have her name on it, but she was the closer today. Not going back again."

She answered any questions I had and was great with product recommendations for my color treated, curly hair. She also let me know about a upcoming promo. I'll definitely be back to get more stuff during the promo! Thank you for a great shopping experience!"
