"Very pleased with my 1st time visit - skin check up. It was easy to get an appointment and complete forms online. The office is beautiful and I was greeted promptly. I had Taylor who was a CNP and she did a thorough check. She asked if I had any questions or concerns. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me in and out. She also didn’t freeze any spots which is a rarity for me and sometimes I feel not necessary."

"I have never had a bad experience here. Every single one of the staff members (front desk staff, nurses, technicians etc) are amazing and so friendly. And Mona herself is phenomenal. She never makes you feel like you are asking stupid questions and is very thorough in work. She is extremely easy to talk to I, about a year or 2 ago had facial surgery from her and it went wonderfully, and she has taken extra steps since then to make sure my scar is healing perfectly; even so far is to not charge me for a fraxel laser treatment because she wanted to do it herself, not something I requested. She makes it a point to get to know you and will constantly bring up things you have told her in the past, which is amazing considering how many clients she serves. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like an amazing quality of service and expert care, as well as a friendly environment that is easy visit. I am never nervous going into her office!"
