Reviews
"the service department made commission on parts sales. So they had a scam going where they would bilk the hell out of you on small parts. the primary scam was telling people they needed an engine rebuild. Never a new or used engine but an in-house rebuild. Then they would order every single nonsense part for your bike they could costing people thousands. Because they were getting kickbacks on all of it. They didnt want to work on bikes unless its a $1000+ job. One job the guy needed $5 o-rings for his forks. Instead they ordered $800 worth of parts. valving, seals, oils, 5 hours of labor, etc. what they didnt fix was the o-ring that was bad. so the guy comes back with his bike covered in fork oil throwing a fit and blaming everyone except the sleazy scumbag service manager, Brent. They're typical boomers. They're out to do as little as possible and scam you out of your money with a smile and a grin. "Brents a good guy I trust him" the fools would come in and declare. suffice to say I was despised by everyone there. Now they constantly have now hiring signs/ads "we cant find anyone that wants to work...these entitled millennials pffft""
"Zach from the service department has been absolutely hooking it up dude is awesome. Not only does he know what he’s doing but he does it fast and it’s quality work. Zach also goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy if your wondering on you should take any of your toys for maintenance trust me come here!"
