At Best Point, we understand the challenges that arise during a mental health crisis and are committed to providing immediate, effective assistance. Our services include rapid assessment, crisis intervention, de-escalation, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral skill-building, and care and safety planning. Our experienced team is here to help assess the situation, calm intense emotions, and teach strategies to manage stress and negative thoughts. We work closely with you to develop a personalized plan to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your child, and if necessary, provide resources and referrals for additional support.
