"Don’t waste your time. Called to see when they take their last patient was told 6:30. Showed up at 6:10 they acted bothered that I wanted to be seen. Had me fill out the form and give them my id and insurance card receptionist was so rude. then another person came out and said “we take our last patient at 6” what a joke. They couldn’t tell me that when I walked in. Instead he told me that he didn’t know who I talked to but that was wrong! So rude the red bank location is awful. Don’t go there is you are already feel unwell you’ll leave frustrated"

"I tested positive for Covid 3 days ago. I had no respiratory symptoms. I went here hoping to get an antiviral drug ASAP because of being in a higher risk group. The desk people said I needed to go to the ER and wouldn't take me or even ask the doctor about it. I went to the Tri-Health clinic at Walgreens in Dillonvale. They saw me right away and prescribed the medicine I needed. I am now symptom free and without an expensive ER bill. I will avoid the Christ Hospital network in the future."

"The 3 people lounging at reception and then the manager were very unhelpful & found every reason NOT to treat my grandaugher visiting for the summer though she was treated there before. I had everything from her mother by text, medical card, permission etc. They said her mother had to be there, policy has changed, paperwork has to be sent to mother & returned, she can't be treated today. No concern at all for the patient. They seemed happy to turn us away. They're not the only game in town. We went to Mercy Health Emergency and their first concern was the patient. They were so kind from reception to medical staff. They worked with us & her mom by phone to make sure she was seen. Missing info we could provide later. Fast, efficient & caring. I've been 40 yrs w/ Christ but the experience at Urgent Care on Red Bank made me reconsider where I get my own care in the future."
