"I relocated back to the area and needed a new GP to continue my medication regimen that I've been on for years. I have crippling anxiety accompanied with severe panic attacks and insomnia. I went to see Dr. Legrand based on his reviews and couldn't have had a worse experience. One of my medications is a controlled substance but it's the only thing that allows me to function and work and be present and productive with my family. He didn't bother looking at the diagnoses or even asking me questions. He refused to prescribe the medicine and told me that only people who get nervous from flying are allowed to get that medicine. Weird right? So people with a legitimate medical reason aren't allowed to get it but if you're scared of a plane ride here ya go!! So, of course I leave the office in distress with no medicine. My symptoms got progressively worse over the next few days and I reach back out to him 3 times within a week and a half and got no response whatsoever. I also had a death in the family that I told him about which made my suffering even worse than it already was. Finally, his nurse calls me and tells me he is unable to prescribe that medicine. Thats a flat out lie. He absolutely is able to prescribe any medication he wants. He just couldn't possibly care less. So I guess if I lied and said I'm flying and I'm nervous I would have gotten my meds. This doctor has no problem letting patients suffer. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anybody that has a legit condition. He might be good enough for a sick note but that's about it. Other than that, useless "doctor" and no sympathy for patients with mental health issues. Especially in times like this that's despicable. I'd leave negative stars if that were possible. Typical nky doctor right there. This guy right here is a prime example of why people with mental health issues suffer in silence. We know we won't get help because they simply just don't care."

"I have a TBI stroke issue and just getting there was hard for me. I was taken to the wrong facility and thats my fault for to being on top of things, brain not woring ok. We arrived 13 minutes late and the office was empty. The receptionist was rude and did not have any sympathy for my lack of awareness. She made no effort to let MR LeGrnd that we were there. We have decided to cancel all our future family visits including siblings and any other business with this location immediately . Thanks for nothing angel alanis"

"I saw Dr Legrand for the first time a few weeks ago for an issue with my wrist and he was very friendly and professional, I didn't have to wait at all and he really listened to me so he could figure out the best course of treatment. I've always been happy with this practice - the doctors, nurse practitioners and the front of office staff are all top notch which is very hard to find. I will continue to recommend friends and family here."

"Made appoint for my Mother, they worked her in , her leg was swollen and had some drainage. She is 87. Had to pick her up from Dialysis, ended up being 11 mins late, which girl in office said we were 15 late. Dr LeGrand said she would have to reschedule. I was so upset because I had worked a 12 hr shift, only slept 2hrs to get up and bring my Mother, and was scheduled to be back again at 7pm. We have set many times in that office and waited on the Dr. Our time is just as valuable as theirs. Because of Dr LeGrand neglecting to take care of her sores the first time I took her in, she is now being treated by the wound care center. When I spoke to the nurse practitioner about why he didn't do anything about the sores on her leg, I was told that Dr LeGrand didn't know what to do, he felt they would go away on their on. That to me is not good enough. The Dr prior to Dr LeGrand was Dr Sullivan, he was very caring, took excellent care of my mother as if she was his mother. Always took time with her. I have suggested that my Mother get another Dr. It is her decision, I definitely would not continue to see this group."
