"After having broken my ankle recently, I made my way to MedMart for assistance. Megan was of great help in the selection and purchase of my pretty pink cane! She took the time to help choose the perfect color, sized it to my height and showed me how to properly use it on the correct side. Overall, Megan was helpful, professional and I will certainly go MedMart again!"

"Came from New York to see family in Ohio, I'm in a wheelchair and cannot sleep in a flat bed. At home I have an adjustable bed. I talked with Megan at med mart she set me up with a hospital bed that they delivered to my hotel so when I got to the hotel it was already in and set up and then they took it down afterwards. Megan did most of the leg work and got everything organized for it. She very friendly very professional she did a great job helping me out. Their rental pricing is only by the monthly rentals but it was quite reasonable even though I only stayed for 3 days they were willing to accommodate me. Could not have slept in a regular flatbed at a hotel. So five star for Med Mart and six for Megan. Thanks again Megan you're awesome."

"This would be a zero star or 1 star if it weren’t for Megan. The associate I worked with initially gave me one price and then when we went back to purchase the price was different along with a lot of added fees. We felt like we were getting taken advantage of and walked out without purchasing. We were purchasing a lift chair and I went on line and was getting ready to purchase it at Furniture Fair when Megan called to apologize. She said she was the new Manager and was working through some issues. She gave us a good price and was very accommodating and pleasant. I hope she can turn things around there because they need someone like her. It shouldn’t feel like a used car lot when you shop there. If it weren’t for Megan we definitely would have gone elsewhere."

"One of the hardest experiences in my life… Getting the bed was extremely expensive, but after I was able to overcome the financial burden, I had to get over the fact that they couldn’t find a technician in my at area. Despite not being able to find a technician, I still went ahead with the purchase! But Memar disappointed me once again with the fact that on delivery day, they delivered it to the wrong side of the apartment building… And they didn’t bother to give me a call when the bed had arrived at the apartment… So I was waiting, thinking it was coming By the back door where the elevator is… As I instructed, but instead, they decided to put it by the side door… It was by the side door the entire day, it could’ve been stolen. Not to mention The Extremely heavy bed was put on a hill… It was impossible to carry inside! Some of the worst service for Close to $4000. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention when I got the bed, I was following the instructions, but the bolts are glued on to the nails so the Bed won’t even open! I need this bed for my mom who had a stroke, but this is Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Mr Andre Griffin is the whole package in a sales/customer service employee. He was knowledgeable, had a friendly demeanor, accommodating, outgoing, and respectful. He came up to me while I was wondering around the store to offer his help, I didn’t have to go looking. He schooled me and had answers to my questions on the Pride Mobility Scooter I was interested in. It had a big ticket price so I wasn’t totally on board at the time and he was completely accommodating and respectful about that. I asked him to print out specs on it with the exact sales price and he did. I asked him about financing options and he delivered on that and he went to get other answers for me from his manger. I went back in a few days later to buy it and the process was swift. He even tried asking his manger for a better deal on the scooter for me. Spending a large sum of money on anything has its stressors but he made it an enjoyable experience and painless that day. If you’re wandering in to MedMart in Evendale seek Mr Griffin out!"
