"It's ok. The people are nice, but im not sure they knew what they were doing. I never got diagnosed with whatever my illness was and it eventually went away after a few months no thanks to the doctors. They prescribed me medicine and i never got it, some kind of communication issue between the pharmacy and the doctors office. Their billing is confusing and weird too, very frustrating. The doctors had great bedside manor but they short of ingnored half my symptoms."

"I chose this office as I have heard such great things about Christ as my son’s pediatric office and at first it was great but recently it has not been so great. They have done multiple tests that were sent to the lab that have not been able to be processed. We have been battling whatever sickness he’s got going on for over a month at this point. It seems as though they are playing the guessing game with what is going on. Told me to have him take this antibiotic “in case” it is pneumonia. This he been so frustrating as a mom whose son has been battling whatever is going on and not being able to do anything to help him. The staff are super nice but I don’t feel as though they take my concerns seriously. On the plus side they do make great efforts to get you in as soon as possible."

"When we first went to the Cold Spring office, we were told that counseling sessions with Danni were available for free to patients at that office. When we brought our son, we were told the same thing, and when we decided to schedule some appointments for him to meet with her we asked again to verify and were again told that the sessions were no charge. He had four sessions with her between October and December of 2022, and no one asked us for any payment. Then in October '23, I got a bill for $525 for those visits. I've literally been trying for months to get someone to talk to me about this bill and help me figure out why I'm being charged for services that I was told were free, but I can't make any progress. I've tried going through billing, but they just kept telling me that they were looking into it and never actually did anything, so then I called the Cold Spring office and left multiple messages for Debbie Grace, the office manager, but she won't call me back, so I'm at the end of my rope here and I'm not sure what else to do. I just got a final notice that if I don't pay by 4/23 I'll get referred to collections. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your costumer service is abysmal. I’m looking for a new doctor and would hesitate to ever go to Christ again."

"I had a bad experience with billing. I was charged a new patient fee after transferring from another office. I wrote a letter to Christ and got a responce from the Hospital CEO. We were able to resolve the issue. Would have been a 5 star if not for having to write the letter."

"I was so blown away by how amazing this doctors office is. It’s quiet, the staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Beaulieu was one of the best doctors I’ve ever spoken to. She was knowledgeable, she listened, and she gave recommendations AND options for treatment. Not only that but nobody in the office ever made me feel rushed at any point and I feel like that’s a rare commodity these days."
