"I saw Dr Dressler a few months ago. He ordered tests for 2 different issues I am having. To follow-up on the results of these 2 tests I sent messages to him via his offices "MyChart" portal- he ignored both messages. I then left telephone messages with his office 3 times - he returned none of them, even though on the 2nd and 3rd calls his assistant assured me that she would deliver the message to him personally. I then gave up and scheduled online virtual visits with him on two different occaisons. Both times, he did not join the meeting at the scheduled time and both times his assistant assured me that even though he's running late for the scheduled online session " he knows I'm waiting and will be with me in a few minutes". And again, both times he failed to join the meeting. The second time, I was told that "he has left for the day" - 10 minutes after I was assured that he knew I was waiting and would be with me shortly. I used every procedure requested by his office to contact him and every time he failed to respond. 90 days later, I still have NO ANSWERS regarding the results of my medical tests. I wasted a lot of time and money on my visits with Dr Dressler and the tests he ordered- and I will now have to do all of those tests again (with a different doctor of course). Every encounter I have had with The Christ Hospital has been a PERFECT 10 - they are simply outstanding - except for Dr Dressler, who I would score an absolute ZERO. Dr Dressler's total lack of regard for my time, my money, and my health is absolutely unacceptable."

"Honestly not sure who those who left positive reviews met with, but it was NOT the same Dr. Dressler I met. Look elsewhere for a PCP - there's a reason you can get in relatively quickly. Documented that I endorsed symptoms that I did not, refused to acknowledge diagnoses that have already been diagnosed by more specialized providers (and that are already in my chart), and generally engaged with me in an incredibly dismissive and disdainful manner."

"Finding a good doctor these days is tough but Dr. Dressler is amazing. He makes sure to address each of your concerns and approaches them logically. I feel like most doctors try and spend as little time as possible so they can get on to the next but he spends as much time as needed. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a new PCP."
