"I was a patient of Dr. Fixler's as a child. My grandmother was a patient of his all the way up until her passing. My elderly Mother has seen him for years and still continues to see him. He NEVER once told or discussed with my Mother that she's had kidney disease for the last 7 years! She decided to join MyChart and found out that way! How does a doctor NOT tell his patient of a serious health diagnosis?"
"My husband went to Dr Fixler for a long time complaining of stomach pain and was told no reason for it. It was never a discussion of x-ray or anything else and told it was possible allergies. By the time between changing doctors my husbands pain was worse and had advanced pancreactic cancer and past away. Don,t go to him unles you have a cold and if then."
"Dr. Fixler was awesome. The front office staff needs training on how to talk to people. I called to give the doctor an update, the whomever answered the even after seeing I was seen by him asked why I was calling. (SUPER RUDELY!!!) Then asked why I wasn't seeing my primary....SUPER RUDE AGAIN!!! I'm in tremendous pain and still she's asking why I didn't see the other physician. One my primary is out with covid. Two the office asked me to call the other location so I could be seen quicker. Regardless of whatever I'm a patient and if I've already seen the doctor what difference does it make. This whole senerio just makes me wanna go somewhere else. By the way her exact words were " Why are you calling here!""
