"Got hired as supposedly a service foreman for their Cincinnati (which they claim has been open for 2 years but office literally has nobody in it), then first day they rushed through all my on boarding and they wanted me to start with a Hispanic kid who they hired and their insurance wouldn't cover him, so i did 100% of all the driving which they failed to mention..after they said they was gonna hire me a helper and order me a phone because he was supposed to do the phone documentation because I did the driving but soon I was doing all the phone work driving and we would only split the roof work. Anytime I had an issue he couldn't explain anything in context and the office you have to call in Columbus has you report to 3 or 4 different people. Miscommunication often happened because I was paired up with an Hispanic speaking kid who could understand everything I was saying and when I expressed my frustration they parted ways because I asked about the help they promised to hire to work with me lol so unless you can speak Spanish very good, don't bother trying to work for this place..."
