"I wish I didn't have to leave any stars! I came in as a new patient and I have a large service dog. I was rudely asked about her credentials which I was prompt to give. Then I was told I had to give a urine smple even though I told them I just had one 4 days ago. They demanded it! Then when Patricia Okocha came in, my service dog stood up which is fine she was not aggressive she is in a new place and still a puppy. Immediately the provider said I had to leave! I asked if it was a racial issue? I am very offended that this very unprofessional, unwelcoming office is part of the very company I work for. Truly saddens my heart. The provider had no care about my well being or even so much asked why I even had a service dog. All I can say is Jesus needs to do some work in there and that I am SO very grateful that the Bon Secours Mercy Health that I work with would NEVER treat anyone as I was just treated."

"Wait time 2 hours appointment at 2 pm sat in lobby from 1:50 until 3pm, when back to room , it’s 3:58 no doc, this is a sad situation , what ever happen to the Continuity of care of our black people"

"Worse doctor in town. Would not recommend her to a family with a dying dog. Doesn't pay attention to the patient as a matter of fact the Medical assistant does a better job. She types more than she listens. She gives out incorrect information. Not sure how she became a partner with Mercy Health."
