"I can't express how frustrated I am about this experience. Didn't want to write a negative public review but can't hold it off anymore. (1) scheduled for an annual physical and received a bill with a positive balance when it is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. Called customer service and was informed that I need to contact my insurance by myself because I was the one who had questions about the bill NOT THEM. So I was put on responsible because you guys didn't communicate well? Why? Was waiting on doing the post call survey as directed but was hung up by the rude customer service before doing so. (2) waited for 50 minutes before being checked in. (3) before this physical, was taken to a public waiting area to get measured on my weight and height with my high heels on. They wrote down a number that was 4 inches taller than my usual without even thinking about it. I asked to be remeasured without shoes and am now down 2 inches compared to my usual. The nursing assistant was making fun of it and told me people can shrink as they age. Seriously? Within 5 minutes, and me in my 20s? Also I did this anthropometric measurement when people were staring at me (while whistling to their companions) while they waited to be called. So uncomfortable, no privacy, no respect. If you are not trained or don't know how to do it then don't do it!! They couldn't care less. (4) was reached out by the referred party when I clearly said I am not interested in establishing a new care yet (5) was sent on an automated Press Ganey survey to talk my experience but was informed that the link is already 'no longer available' when I tried to take it. Seriously?? New to Trihealth so did some research before scheduling this appointment yet was so disappointed with this. As a medical professional myself, I would say shame on TriHealth as it completely misaligned with its reputation and quality of care. Wouldn't have come back to comment after a month of its occurrence if it is even a little bit less frustrating. So so so annoyed by this. So much. How can you do this to anyone who was hopeful to establish care at your institution and was visiting for the first time?๏ผ Update: Inboxed the contact info as soon as since owner replied to my review. They don't know what's going on so I copied and pasted my review there. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back. I'll post later if they truly CHOOSE to address this."
"I've been with Dr. Cleves and his wonderful co-workers for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience, not even once. I'm treated with respect by everyone I come into contact with here. I'm treated like my health matters! And I would never go anywhere else. You can't put a price on feeling like you matter and piece of mind."
"While I was there, I had a great experience with the nurses. However, I overheard (maybe a supervisor or manager) down-talking (very condescending and seemingly power hungry) one of the staff there. It was VERY unprofessional. She was a large African American lady and she seemed to not care about what the staff was saying. I'm not sure if she is a nurse or doctor or anything, but if I was a nurse working there, she would definitely make me not want to stay. The doctor (a male in his late 30's I believe) was nice; last name Buck maybe or something. The only reason for the two stars is that lady that was talking to employees as if it was a privilege for them to work there. I've been to many Tri Health facilities and this is the first time that I have experienced anything such as that. It was ridiculous. I love the nurses! They are so friendly though!"
"Dr Buck is very pleasant, my new PCP, he came very highly recommended from others. Very thorough and understanding during my visit with my 2 injuries, immediately got labs done and Xrays, immediate referral to Orthopedic . Kasey is outstanding !!!!"
