"Normally a visit to a UDF store is fairly uneventful. Today, however, I stopped at a UDF on Glenway Rd and bought beverages. I returned to find a flat tire and a 70+ minute wait for assistance. The staff at this UDF firmly refused to allow me to use the restroom saying, "we do not have a public restroom." Really folks. Exceptions have to be made given the appropriate circumstances. I can get beverages, gas, and ice cream someplace else."

"Go to Lawrenceburg IN UDF this morning and at EVERY pump lane sits work trucks with trailers, long trailers. This rude guys don't pump, pay and get out of the way no they go visit with the guys at the other pumps making it impossible for others to get gas. You can't get close enough to pump to get gas.the middle has a van at the middlel pump part of the group with containers on the ground behind him so nope can't go there. 1 spot I'd have to maneuver to get to.nope.you can't tell these guys to pump and go ill go elsewhere. UDF you lost a customer."

"This place isn’t to bad to deliver to, but if they took the parking space that the black car is in and made it a no parking spot it would be a whole lot easier for the drivers making the deliveries to get into the lot to scale and especially to get set up to get into the bay!"

"Absolutely dreadful experience with the assistant manager on duty. The cashier was pleasant and professional. Out of courtesy, I placed a call to the branch before calling corporate. At first, I was told that the manager was busy but when I asked for the number for corporate, the manger was available. I shared most of what I had carefully documented before being cut off and told that she had already apologized to both the cashier and me. That was the first I had heard of an apology and after how she had behaved, I didn’t trust that she had actually apologized, as she had tried to gaslight me & the cashier earlier. They are cheaper and the shakes are great, but it’s not worth it."
