"I hired Unlimited Concrete Construction LLC and had specific requests for a driveway, patio with colored stamped border (I provided pictures prior to job starting in reference of what I expected), and a drain to advert stand still water. The owner of the company (Mr. Adrian Hall) assured me that he has had plenty of years experience with stamping and concrete and could deliver my requests with no issue. Once patio was finished I noticed that the stamping was off and not what we had agreed on. The stamping runs into each other and it is not curved around the edges. I was told that it would look better as the concrete set in more. I generously paid the full balance as I was told the job was complete.... BIG MISTAKE. As it dried more it looked worse I immediately conveyed my concerns and as the coloring was only on half the border and bled into other areas of the patio itself. He attempted to come out to readdress the issue where he painted the border with exterior paint which the color was supposed to be in cement. The color was black which I had requested and shown photos of a charcoal gray. He then attempted to place an overlay over the patio to cover up the spots where the color had bled into the wrong areas. Now that it is dry my whole patio is blotchy and discolored. These pictures show my patio completely dry. I again tried to reach out to Mr. Hall and sent him pictures, I requested a plan to address the issue in either starting over or reimbursing me for the patio portion of the contract. Furthermore, in the contract it states that the job will be cleaned up after it is finished. I spent hours cleaning cement splashes off my garage, brick, siding and there is black paint on my siding as well that I am still attempting to get off. I also have spent hours fixing my yard from the construction equipment and trucks. This company is now ignoring all my communication efforts and refusing to address any of my concerns. I now am left with a patio that has devalued my home and out having to come up with thousands of dollars to repair the mistake after I already paid $10,000 for this project. I would not recommend this company as they do not take value in the their work or customer service."
