Whoever Robin’s boss is came out from the back to discuss a situation with me and it was quite evident that she is in need of equity training and needs to understand how her own implicit bias is going to result in a lawsuit as soon as someone is smart enough to pull out a camera and record her."

"Hypocrisy. TriHealth Priority Care's website article '5 Ways Priority Care Goes Beyond Urgent Care' states that you'll be evaluated by a 'physician and/or nurse practitioner' and goes on to criticize Urgent Care clinics for often staffing physician assistants to manage the entirety of the patient's care. To my unfortunate surprise, I was seen only by a physician assistant and not evaluated by the promised practitioner that has undergone more advanced training. On a positive note the 'Reserve your spot' functionality panned out as advertised."

"I saw Michael Hayes, PA-C today at this location because of chills, diarrhea, green sinus drainage, sore throat, headache in front and back of head, cough, body aches, and fatigue. He did NOT look in my ears, throat or nose. Never asked me to take my mask off once, so he had no idea what I looked like. Listened to me for wheezing only. Told me I had a cold when my rapid strep, flu, and COVID came back negative. Sent in 2 RX's to my pharmacy without asking or explaining. Told me to come back when it gets worse. Glad I have an RX for generic cough syrup and Mucinex DM that would have been cheaper over the counter. I just had positive cultured strep and an ear infection 2 weeks ago. Which was diagnosed at that same location. I had to demand the strep test to be sent to culture and a PCA completed because it was not offered even with my history. I guess PA's don't examine patients anymore. I wouldn't waste your time if he is on duty, you will pay big money with no examination. Sad thing is, I work in the healthcare field as a MA for the past 13 years. Never have I seen patient quality this poor."
