"Bought a new house in Monroe, Ohio that they built. The house is okay. Better than many, but they did cut corners in some areas. The site prep is horrible. Things called out in the inspection were never done. Considering hiring an engineer to inspect a few things I am unsure of. Will update as appropriate."
"Very poor quality builder. The materials used on my house were very poor quality. Also the yard had rocks and several concrete chunks underneath the soil. I had huge rocks sitting on top of my waterline causing very expensive repairs. They should not be allowed to build anymore"
