"Very unprofessional, rude. Ronesha the PCA pronounced my child last name incorrectly. As I corrected her she brushed it off as if it was not important. As my child was using the restroom I heard Ronesha discussing the pronunciation of my child last name laughing and questioning one another on how to say the last name. My child as been a patient at 235 for 8 years but it’s time for us to part our ways. Mrs. Mary we will truly miss you but this office has gone down hill since the new group of graduates. This is not my first issue but my last straw."
