"It's complicated. Years ago I asked them to order in my favorite tobacco and they did, so I kept going back. Everyone there knows who I am, and one of the people even asked me if I wanted to start a business with them. Then I transitioned (MTF) and I'd get odd looks, which can be expected because it can surprise people. Then one of them started loudly yelling "Hello sir" every time they saw me, even if they were on the other side of the store and there were a lot of customers in the place. I always wear either a skirt or dress and I have a freaking chest. There's no way he doesn't know I'm trans. I was hoping someone there would say something to him because they know me, but he kept on doing it and I've decided I'm never going back there again."

"Overall the store is decent ..however ... I don't like being yelled at as a customer when the cashier doesn't understand what I'm asking for. I'd much rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere."

"I have been to this store a few times I never had an issue with the employees. Its not my normal store so I didn't know what stock they had in the filtered cigars. The man that helped me yelled at me in another language for asking about what kind they had and what flavors. I finally got what I needed but next time I'll go elsewhere. I would rather give my money to people who won't yell at me in another language just because I was asking what they had in stock."
