"Mike is the best. I started working out with Mike in January after working out on my own for several years. He brings so much knowledge about fitness, and adds a lot of personality and humor to make me look forward to my training sessions. I'll ask about a certain exercise and he not only will show me how to personalize it to fit my body and my goals, but he will explain it to me. His workouts are individualized, total body workouts with an emphasis on what I want to work on in particular. They are also different each week, which keeps it interesting. Even though I only work out with him once a week, he will write a program for me to do on my own at the gym I'm a member of. He checks in with me during week to see how it's going and to see if I have questions. He goes far and above what I ever expected from a personal trainer. And, did I say that Mike is just a really good guy? I really enjoy working out with him."

"Mike is great. He listens to your wants and needs. He also wants to know about what you are already doing and where you want to go. We worked out a training time, diet, and are gradually moving through movements as my skill and strength increase. I happen to workout at a time with another client.
