"Hello. I called this morning after being referred to possibly rent a space for a work gathering. The woman who answered the phone was very short and rude. She told me that the place I need to call is the Community Room and then hung up quickly before I could ask an additional question. I'm not from the area, so I'm unfamiliar with this facility and the Community Room. I called back and asked if she had a phone number for the Community Room, and she said no and advised me to just Google it. When I asked for her name, she replied, "I didn't provide it" and then hung up without saying goodbye. I think basic customer service training and phone etiquette should be provided to this employee. If the interaction is rude over the phone, I can only imagine how it is in person."
