"I have never been so humiliated in my life. I'm an agoraphobic and have a hard time getting out. I ran late and called. It's a call center. That was a whole experience.in itself. They give us a 15 minute window. I was there exactly at the 15 minute mark. Since there was someone in front of me, the "receptionist" said she can't check me in so therefore I had to reschedule. I calmly told her I believed he would see me. She did not think so. I was correct and she was livid. Just the dirtiest attitude of a front office worker I had ever seen. Huffing and puffing at her computer. I seen the Dr. Renesas. He's laughable. Interrupted me when I was asking questions, belittled me about my agoraphobia saying basically my condition should not be causing such life interferences. But what, there's more. I was hospitalized in 11/23. I.C.U. and all. The "receptionist" told me I had a balance. I never get a bill. This one is my fault. The didn't have my secondary insurance information. She said "Oh, they paid it and it was surely much more than my balance quoting the enormity of my stay. Just nasty, rude, condescending and SMELLY! JUST AWEFUL. Deuces Mercy and all the racist ppl in there. Take a shower Kim and someone clean that stank office up!"
