"My experience with the Court of Common Pleas has been deeply troubling. I believe there have been significant issues with fairness and transparency, particularly in my interactions with Mr. McWhorter, where I felt harassed and unfairly treated. Additionally, I am concerned about a retaliation protection order issued by Mr. McWhorter and signed by Judge Ballard, which was filed in retaliation and is illegal. There is absolutely no doubt that I will also file complaints with the ACLU and the Judicial Board. With the election coming up, this is the best time to bring these issues to light. I will not stop until justice is served. I am considering bringing recordings from my hearings, where I was openly harassed, to the attention of social and national media to ensure these issues are addressed."
"The court house is a historic building with a copper dome. They recently remodeled the entire building. Doing a lot of interior and exterior work on the building. There are wheel chair entrances as well as elevators. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend you checking this building out sometime. It’s located in the center of Ironton."
