"Best Yoga studio in the area. The owners are seasoned yoginis, very kind, and compassionate teachers. Deb is my yoga mama and I have followed her everywhere she taught and her having her own place to share her amazing practice with the world is just about time. "The Yoga Nook is led by a very experienced and kind-hearted staff. There are a variety of classes at convenient times which are accessible by new and experienced yogi’s alike. My personal favorites are the warm classes which are the perfect level of flow, challenge and heat. The cool face rag with lavender at the end is the best. I’ve been to most of the yoga studios in the area and this one is by far my favorite!"
