"I experienced long wait times at the ER, which was frustrating given the urgency of my condition. When I asked the staff about my treatment, they were rude and dismissive. Overall, the service was disappointing."
"Waiting room was very dirty and so was the bathroom, it was also out of toilet paper. But I called the EVS phone number posted in the bathroom and I have to say they were very fast to send someone to clean it. The check-in desk is weird - it made me feel like I was at a CheckSmart or an old bank. My family member has been very sick for days so she was already upset and irritable. My family member came back from triage and said the nurse was rude to her and this caused her to decide to just go home and try to tough it out. So we left. It was less busy than Bethesda North but it's not worth it. I don't really want to go back if I don't have to."
"I was brought in by squad and have been waiting for more than 9 hours for an update. I am a cardiac patient who is scheduled for cardiac surgery next week. I have watched the ER waiting room fill up and empty three times. There are 6 of us patients who are in the same boat. We can't even get updates or what the next steps in the process are. Wouldn't send anyone here for quality care."
