"They were very quick and helpful! Definitely will be back if I ever need another ER nearby"
"Recent visit on Christmas Eve.. they were very kind and assisted me with my concerns regarding my Son. Under the circumstances one of my better ER visits, indirectly. This ER was my Son's choice, he already experienced service in the past."
"I was especially impressed in three areas with BOTH my trips to the ER. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Also, when both doctors discussed the prescriptions they were writing, they asked me what types of muscle relaxants and pain killers I had had. Both doctors prescribed a small amount. The doctors, nurses, and technicians discussed everything before they did it, and asked me what I thought."
"Went in having breathing problems. My heart rate was 115 bpm, and my blood pressure was 130/70(that’s super high for me considering I run a normal blood pressure at about 105/60). They were EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. I told them it was my chest hurting numerous times and was in tears at times because of the horrible stabbing sensation in my chest and heart and they told me I was having anxiety..... with a heart rate that escalated and a high BP... I don’t think so. I work in the nursing field myself so I know how patients should be treated and diagnosed and here they are not diagnosed properly nor listened to about pain levels. I know that in the medical field patient care and satisfaction should be the main priority and here they were just lazy and the doctor did not listen to me. I recommend never going here because you could be seriously injured and not get the proper care you need.... The medical team here is shady and a joke..."
