"As a business owner and returning customer I called and spent an hour of my valuable time designing a business cards for new hires along with minute man staff. The following Monday I was awaiting the promised proof. Instead I got a email with a prepay invoice. I call down and Im told proofs are provided after payment and if I don't like the design I have to pay another 100$ design fee. This process will repeat until I get the business cards I wanted. Absolutely the most disrespectful and shady business practices I've seen in a long long time. Buyer beware"
