"Bill is the owner and lead us to believe he was skilled and qualified to fix our bike. He will take your money up front and put used bad parts on your bike. We didn’t get the bike back until the day we were leaving for sturgis to find out he didn’t bother to tighten up the drive belt and the fuel gauge was not working. He got $14,000.00 up front from my insurance. Half the parts on the claim were never put on…found out he’d used used parts came from eBay. The paint job runs and is over sprayed and spotty and looks and looks like a spray can paint job. We were put off for weeks with promises the bike will be done in a few days and finally had to take it out the way it was because of a vacation we already paid for. He stated he would bring it back in and correct all the mistakes, fix and replace everything per the estimate. This never happened. After months of calling and texting without any response I finally went to the shop to get my remaining parts to be told he no longer has the tire we paid for, the air ride was giving to me in an open used box, the parts were missing and it was used as well. There are to many other things to list. I Have video of the whole exchange. He screened at me and was completely disrespectful. This bike is a 2015 CVO that’s far worse now then the reason we brought it in for. Also look up the Butler County clerk of courts in Hamilton, Ohio, and you will see where the sheriffs department had to come and repo a man’s bike because he would not respond to the man and was holding his property for a year. This man proceeded with court action against Bill and he wouldn’t even accept the letter from the courts certified mail or otherwise. Look it up it’s public record. DO NOT RISK YOUR BIKE TO PERSON"

"So i had a big dent on left side of gas tank.fuel gauge was dented.Brought it there.He did a awesome job on the dent.And repainted it to the factory color. You need to go no where else.The prices are very reasonable!!!! It's a 1 stop shop.They do it all..Will go no where else!!!!!!!!"
