"I waited months for my appointment with Dr. Short. When I arrived at the appointment, the assistant mentioned the reason I was in (which was completely wrong). I told her the reason for my visit and she asked for examples while smirking. I was interrupted several times and she all but laughed at me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so humiliated at a doctor visit. She talked down to me and said that's not what the appointment is for and so they can't see me for my full visit. I was blown away. $60 co pay to not even be seen for the reason I was there and I'd have to pay again for the rest of my appointment next year!? I walked out crying and didn't even get to speak with the doctor, I was so upset. I have very real and very genuine fears I wanted to have addressed and I was belittled and chuckled at because an appointment setter messed up while scheduling me!!! This is not patient care trihealth. Do better!!!"
