David, co-owner of Distinct Construction, brings a wealth of experience from his early days in residential construction. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University, David's career began in 1985 with a custom home builder, where he mastered all aspects of home construction. His journey continued through various roles, including framing supervisor, until the founding of Distinct Construction. David’s expertise ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.

Shelby, an alumnus of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, infuses creativity and style into every project. Her early experiences helping her dad build and remodel homes ignited her passion for home renovation. At Distinct Construction, Shelby excels at helping clients discover their unique style and bringing their visions to life with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Steve, co-owner, and lifelong Northern Kentucky resident, has amassed over 40 years of experience in the residential construction industry. With an Associate’s Degree in Construction Technologies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, Steve’s career has spanned roles from small custom builders to field manager for a major production builder. His passion lies in reimagining interior spaces to align with customers’ visions of a perfect home.
