"Need to do a better job with times for appointments I understand being busy but having to wait an hour after your scheduled appointment is disappointing. Set a limit to appointments a day if you are unable honor the time. I understand 30min wait but 1hr is unacceptable"

"The one star I gave this facility is for the staff only! The actual physicians and their assistance I would rate a five-star! I couldn't say more about how caring the physicians and their assistants are at this facility. My primary care since late 2017 has been Kimberly Badinghaus. The one thing I can say is she is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! I used to have a lot of faith in the staff there until recently when I have had issues and not been able to get in to see my primary care doctor. This is the second time this has happened recently but last Friday I called to get in as a sick patient complaining of possible UTI or kidney infection and wanted to be seen by her. They were unwilling to work me in and said the only available they had would be the following Tuesday and I should go to urgent care. Anyway I showed up at urgent Care at 7:30 a.m. in excruciating pain in my lower back and pelvic area and right side. He thought I might have a severe UTI with possible kidney stone but was not sure. He gave me an antibiotic shot and a strong antibiotic from the pharmacy. Today is Sunday and the lower back pain has gone away but the pain in the right side has not. The urine culture that was taken says I should come back and have a clean catch taken again because it's showing no UTI? So now I will need to go find another doctor that will see me about this because they can't get me in to see my primary Kimberly until the 27th of this month now which is the day before I move out of state because now Tuesday has been filled. I will not be able to wait that long I explain to them and really needed to see her but that is the earliest they were willing to work me in. Anyway with this said when you've been a long-term patient with this facility for as many years as I have and with all the underlying conditions that I have which is chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure and that are just a few of the many issues that I have you would think they would try and work me in sooner. I have lost faith in the staff there. Not my doctor though I know if she knew this I think she would be concerned. Anyway I hope I will be able to find a doctor tomorrow to address my issue without having to go to an ER. Just want to say thank you to my primary Kimberly Badinghaus for always being amazing. And to the staff there I just want to say I feel very disappointed! Sincerely Linnea Klinger"

"Best Doctor I've ever been to. She is kind, and extremely attentive to every concern. She addresses each one and discusses them thoroughly, so you feel comfortable, and reach a conclusion together. I had to leave her practice due to insurance, but I working on switching back, if that's possible."

"Dr. Tibbe is great! I have always had problems talking openly with doctors about issues. It feels like they half listen. Not an issue with her. She listens and has a real conversation with you about your concerns. She doesn’t try yo rush you out and she is very thorough. Best doctor I have ever had. Just a genuinely nice person as well."
