"We found Cricket Valley at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show. We met Andy, who was fantastic. Andy walked us through the process, met with us in our home, and was overall just a great sales guy. Originally we wanted a small custom shed, however Andy explained that the smallest they could build was an 8by10 which was fine with us. He was open about the custom build taking 4-5 weeks to actually happen and that we would be contacted in that time to set a built time/date. We did not plan anything for that period of time just waiting on Cricket Valley to call us. Needless to say that call never came. Finally 5 weeks later we reached out for an update. We spoke to Wayne, who was dismissive about our questions and was unable to provide a date to start building. Although a shed our size was quote “No big deal.” He told us he would be in contact with us to set up a date. Well wouldn’t you know Wayne never called us. We called him twice but no answer. Ultimately we had to cancel our order. The weeks of waiting, the dismissive attitude and over all poor communication from everyone but Andy were not worth it. The sheds look great and I really wish we could have one but I’m tired of getting no where with this company."

Brian McKenzie delivered our shed and did a great job getting it set where I wanted it! He was very kind, and both men were so easy to work with. I shopped around at 7 other shed places, and Cricket Valley had the best prices! I would recommend them every time!!"
