"For the Ovington family: This practice-do NOT get started with them. Not all Dr.B’s fault, but some things are. Son went for a well check a month ago waited 1hour to see the doctor. When my husband goes in-long waits also. I went in about 7 months ago and Dr.B was an hour late. This is NOT acceptable. Today 1/2/24 my husband tried to get in for a sick visit/shortness of breath and said that he would see anyone in the practice. 1/11/24 was the soonest that anyone could see him. Not kidding! Are they (trihealth) taking on too many patients for revenue purposes, overscheduling, not enough staff? Is it all about the money with trihealth??? Don’t flaunt your signs all over about how caring and wonderful you are…….because you do NOT care. Again not all Dr.B’s fault."

"I have doubts about his abilities as a doctor . A year and a half ago the boy I have custody of had a mental break down and was admitted to a hospital in Cincinnati on a locked down floor he gets out see’s DR Benardon he writes his prescriptions. No follow up visits the boy stops taking his meds , no red flags that he the boy isn’t getting refills . Move forward to now 11/2/23 . Has another mental break down goes back to Benardons office . Any intelligent person after talking to the boy would no he is out there and needs mental help, not this doctor he’s clueless to the fact . These people who are suffering mentally are the ones you see just snap and end up hurting themselves or others and then is when they bring up all his issues. The boy was diagnosed Schizophrenia,PSTD,ADHD,Bi Poler , depression. Dr benardon has no business seeing or treating mentally ill patients ."

"I give up - need a different doctor. Dr Bernardon is great, but tied to an inept uncaring group. Their communication is the WORST, Twice now, I have had an appointment and it's been cancelled by the office and I have not been notified. I got the " we TRIED to call". What does that mean? Either you called or you didn't. I have to take a day off from work to make these appointments - just to be sent home. No wonder my blood pressure was through the roof! Had a cardiac episode - made sure the office was notified by my cardiologist - never heard from Dr Bernardon's office, You'd think they would want to follow-up with me. Crickets.... Tried again today to make an appointment - after waiting 15 minutes was told to go through MyChart. If I could've gone through MyChart I would have. Grrrr...."
