"Wait time is always very long! You can not plan your day when you have an appointment with Dr. Saini. She does not value her patient's time. I am transferring to a different doctor."

She leaves no stone unturned. She is the best of the best! A true gem of a Doctor. I would highly recommend her if you want top quality care! If I could give her more than 5 stars I most certainly would!"

"The staff is rude. Be prepared to wait at least an hour in the waiting room after your APPOINTMENT time. I had the flu two weeks ago and developed a rash and called them to see if I needed to be seen. They told me the Dr would call me back. Never got a call back from anyone. I will be looking for a new doctor."

"My experience with UC Health Primary care physicians was extremely upsetting. The people making the appointment need to take a class on manors ( “as Jerry Maguire would say”). As the parent of a child with epilepsy it is very disheartening to know people like this are here. My daughter turned 27 last year and she was removed from my insurance so I went on line to get her insurance through Obama care and she was able to get Medicaid and they gave her Buckeye insurance. I made the appointment over a month in advance and explained what insurance she had and they gave her an appointment. I took off work the day of the appointment and even arrived early we were the only people there, but they were out to lunch so we just waited in the waiting room. In the meantime others arrived and when the lady removed the lunch sign I went to the window and signed my daughter in. After waiting 45 minutes longer they called me up to the window to ask for her insurance card and I gave it to them and they had a discussion and said very rudely they do not accept her insurance . I explained when I made the appointment over a month prior I told them what insurance she had. Very rude they just shut the glass . NEVER GO HERE! There places out there that treat people with more respect and dignity."

"Dr. Saini has been my Dr for years and years. A year or so ago she left Group Health Mason for UC health. Thank God my insurance covered UC health so I could follow her. She has encouraged beyond words to improve my health conditions. Most of all when I slip backwards with my diabetes she has her precious caring way that she knows I can get back on track. A few years back I just knew I had restless leg syndrome. When I went for my visit and explained my symptoms she didn't just prescribed a medication she oder blood work. She said I might be anemic. Sure enough I was. I never knew anemic would cause my legs to react. I am 59 yrs old and have had many doctors and she is the Best!"
