"Well I was with him a long time (years)when I asked for a copy of my medical records, he got sketchy, I ask several times, apparently you not supposed to ask for them , took me forever to get, when I asked he let me go , why ? This is so crazy , so crazy that they pick and choose who they want to see , wanted me to get a flu shot, I told him I was covered by work for free, he kept asking me to get there's and wanted to charge my insurance , why do that if I get it for free, poor service is what I say, it a business now they really don't care, they want the money"
