"Refusing care to children based simply on their medical history is discrimination. Liberty Family Medicine refuses care to children unless you vaccinate under duress. Completely unprofessional and harmful, especially to children who have allergies to the ingredients in vaccines. Do not take your children here. They only care about billing insurance companies for top dollar appointments to include every charge possible. Doctor's recommend care, they cannot force you into anything, especially injections. Find a provider that respects your religious, philosophical, and medical rights. Legally in Ohio we have all three exemptions from vaccinations."

"I saw Dr. Heidi Krebs today for a physical. I felt like she really listened to the issues I was having, and was easy to talk to. I will be seeing her again for a follow-up on some medications I was prescribed to see if they are working."

"If I could leave a zero star review I would. My doctor Dr. Khatri (who is no longer there was amazing and I rate him a 5 star) however EVERY other admin person I have encountered in that office has given me issues and been rude at one time or another. Especially the white haired man at the front desk. At one point I went to pick up a test and he was so mad that I didn’t have my mask on, he literally without saying a word went to the back, grabbed my test and threw it on the counter from a couple feet away still not saying a word to me. The manager was especially rude to me at one point when I was the ONLY person in the waiting room and had my mask below my nose (I have panic disorder) she threatened to kick me out of the practice because my germs were going to make someone else sick who sat on that same chair. (I was there for thyroid problems, didn’t have any contagious symptom in my body) I tried to obtain my medical records in spring of 2021 and they gave me an EXTREMELY hard time. There were multiple times I would call in to get prescription refills and it would take 2+weeks to get a refill leaving me without and medication therefore experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Come to find out someone in the practice was deleting voicemails without my doctors knowledge. Everything about this practice is terrible. They let go of my previous doctor by completely blind siding his patients. I was in the process of working through finding the proper dosage for my thyroid medications. They did not give us any notice of his departure. I highly recommend you go somewhere else."
