"Bought the top of the line Viking sewing machine. Took it in for routine maintenance now the embroidery portion of the sewing machine is not working properly. This the second time we took a machine to valley quilt and the second time it has returned with a new problem. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Lynn brought the machine in Time for an update. Lynn took her sewing machine back to valley quilt in April after we returned home. After several weeks we picked up the machine. Sounded like a trashing machine. When she tried to change needles, the needle holder would not hold the needle. We took the sewing machine back to have the needle holder/bar replaced. Lynn tried an embroidery design and some stitches after the repair was completed. All appears to be ok now. Thanks for fixing the sewing machine."
