"I left this practice a few months ago and BEST decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been coming here since I was 18, and for YEARS I’ve had abnormal blood work come back. The Drs (I would see more than one) would always mention it but would stop talking about it as soon as they brought it up. Never would update me on my vaccines, would take nearly a week to respond to MyChart messages or not at all. Soon as I switched practices within my first two blood draws new doc immediately got me into a hematologist and now getting treated appropriately. Trenton family medicine I will always tell new pts to look for somewhere else to go! Shame on you!"

"I had to choose 1 star in order to post this, but this office doesn't deserve this much credit! My family has been with this office for 16 years. Dr. Glickfield was the absolute best, and was the only reason why I continued going to this office. We have been patients there continuously, and as of today, cannot go there because their other doctors are unable to accept any other "new" patients because they can't seem to find doctors who want to stay there. So now we have to find another office to go to. What happens when you're on medication that you cannot miss taking? They can't help you since you're no longer a patient there and they won't even help you to recommend another office for you, so guess it doesn't matter how long we've been patients there, they simply DO NOT CARE!! In the long run, this will probably be a huge blessing, because their office staff are the RUDEST I've ever encountered anywhere else. They sent us a letter stating our new doctor who didn't last quite a year was leaving, & they would contact us and help us choose another provider....that's a huge lie, as they never reached out to us, and when I called today, they didn't even try to help with finding another office to go to. So now I'm back to square one, finding another provider."

"I had been a patient here since I was 13 years old. I am one of those people who rarely ever get sick. Dr Glickfield and Dr Jarrett actually cared about their patients. I went to schedule a yearly exam for last month just to get a phone call in November saying because I haven't been their for a couple of years that I am now considered a new patient. I have nearly 40 years of medical records and now I have to find a new physician? Since most offices are not taking new patients from what I have been seeing what am I suppose to do now? This office has gone way downhill since Dr Glickfield and Dr Jarrett have retired. They don't seem to care what they are doing to the patients that they are denying help all because of not being there because they don't come down sick and the reception staff can be friendlier to make a person feel welcome since they are the first people that a patient sees. So thank you for rejecting me and others who have been dedicated patients for decades."

"I see Dr. Nestor, she is so kind and listens to my concerns. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression. Dr. Nestor and her nurse were so sweet and they both made me feel heard and seen. I broke down crying in the office and they both were compassionate towards me. My dad is severe manic, I took him to see Dr. Quick, she was extremely welcoming and seemed sincerely concerned for my dad and his health. He hasn’t been eating, she brought him some chocolates and he ate them so she brought him another handful to take home. She was willing to listen to my concerns and had a health care manager reach out to me to keep up with my dad. Dr. Anne Nestor and Dr. Melissa Quick have restored my faith in family doctors after many years of feeling uncared for by other practices."

"Dr Quick and the nurses are so sweet and caring but the front office staff are very rude and unwelcoming. My husband has been with this office since birth, 38 years and to be treated the way we have the last few weeks trying to get in for a sick visit has been a complete headache. Was told they didn’t have a sick visit for him until mid November. Office Manager was supposed to call me back to figure something out, and no phone call. This office has went downhill since Dr Jarrett left, we miss him terribly. UPDATE: Since posting this review an hour ago, they called him and offered an appointment for today 3pm because they had a cancellation. What a joke."
