"I scared myself reading reviews before coming here for the first time but it was all nonsense. My experience was nice for my first visit. I had to bring my autistic child who is scared of everyone and cries the whole time and they were very understanding and patient with us. Dr. Peter's was very understanding and knowledgeable and personable. Everyone I came in contact with was great really. It's worth a try or even two if you can understand they are people too and have bad days sometimes. I'm happy."

"I see the NP Gloria and I couldn't be happier, I was with a family doctor all of my life (28yrs before he retired) and then his step in for about a year and a half until he moved on, I tried one NP through Mercy and it just wasn't a right fit, my sister in law has been seeing Gloria for about 2 years and recommended her to me so I started seeing her about 2 months ago and she's been so thorough with me and I couldn't be happier. I will admit the lab lady isn't the best.. I will say when blood work needs done I'd rather just go over to Fort Hamilton."

"Lab lady who draws blood is absolutely rude. She cussed at me after I was directed to enter her area, when I tried to explain that the lady at the front desk TOLD ME to go through the door she cussed at me again (while there was someone else in there mind you) horrible person. Horrible at her job. Shouldn't be there"

"A couple months ago, I got my blood drawn and the lab lady was incredibly rude. She plays a very political podcast and when I requested she turn it off she refused and called me rude. I've talked to multiple other people who go here and they all agree she's the worst part about the place."

"This used to be the best office! I used to brag about this office! I continued to drive 40 minutes for my appointments because of how amazing the staff was. Dr. Anthony and Adrien are the ONLY two people in this office worth coming for. Dr. Wilson has no bedside manner, just the most bitter, unfriendly woman I have ever met. Erica Dollard has no personality. What is with these doctors?? The front desk used to have the sweetest, friendliest group of women. Now, it’s all rude, unfriendly, snarky women. Beth Wolfe is so rude. Just a very very rude person. Always an attitude from her. Why do you work with patients when you talk to them like they are an inconvenience to you? Please do not work in healthcare or with people if you cannot be friendly. Your patient’s are the reason you have your business. I work at the front desk at a chiropractor’s office and i would NEVER treat my patients the way i was treated today and the past few months. This office used to be 10/10 and now it’s trash. Garbage. The front desk is just awful. They are the first and last person you see when you are at the office and they definitely do not make a good impression. I have been coming here for years, I am officially done. Your staff pushed me away and I will no longer recommend this office. Nothing but bitter, rude, short responses, from miserable unhappy people. I am surprised Dr. Anthony puts up with his terrible staff. No wonder you have 2 stars. So sad. Definitely gone down hill these past few years. 2 stars and you continue to treat people the way you do? Wow. Adrien Ford & Dr. Anthony are the only two people worth seeing at this garbage can of an office."
